
MAXINE GRECO
Abuela
Maxine Greco started her acting career at the Athens Community Theatre in Athens, Greece. Her first role was in Barefoot In The Park as Mrs. Banks.
She received an A.A. from De Anza Community College in Cupertino, CA in 1993 and a B.A. from San Francisco State University (SFSU) in 1997. While at SFSU, she played the Grandmother in "Camino Confusion" and "Suburban Canciones."
After graduating from SFSU, Maxine studied at Baillio College with the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England. In 1999, she returned to San Francisco to study with Jean Shelton and Matthew Ross at the Jean Shelton's Actors Lab until 2002. Maxine has had many roles throughout the years ranging from a prostitute to a man. She also has a long history of playing grandmother roles.
In 2005, Maxine started working in independent films and shorts. Her first paid speaking role was as Consuela in The Ledge. She is currently working on the feature Unimaginable in San Antonio, TX where she currently resides.
